A generous amount of hot water and a big step up from our previous water heater which was only 5L/min. Economical on the gas too, and it was easy to install, according to the handyman who did it.
I'm waiting to add this but as of yet our lodge isn't quite ready that we will be moving into. This isn't a boiler for a typical home which uses mains gas but more for a lodge, cabin, static caravan or an end of garden guest shed. It uses butane gas and can be fitted by yourself or seek the advice of a professional. I wanted this aw we already have a camper boiler which is already by the same brand but is portable. The set up comes with full instructions if you feel brave enough to do yourself otherwise seek professional help. The controls look easy enough to use and will provide you with a good supply of hot water.
However, I can vouch for this brand as we have in the past bought their camping hot water boiler, which has been a life saver when camping as we have been able to use our own showers when on the go as not all camping grounds have sufficient showers. By the way, with this shower you do need to purchase the battery separately in order to use as it's not supplied.

I like that this water heater has a low energy output, As it keeps the electricity costs down. Normally with energy saving gas heaters, I find that the amount of water i get is adequate at best, But this one produces 11 litres of hot water every minute, So i don't have to skimp on shower time, or watch the amount i use when washing dishes. It uses natural gas, Which is more sustainable than regular water heaters, So far it has functioned better than i thought, requiring only 2-D-cell batteries rather than mains. This makes it portable and usable in places that struggle to gain normal power outlets. It has an unusual feature that interacts with the copper that's naturally in water, hindering bacterial growth. So maintenance and cleaning is low. My only gripe is that it needs a vent pipe to drain exhaust gasses outside (Flue tube -3 metres at max). And stipulates it has to be installed on the balcony or in a kitchen. Even with the specifics, it's a great alternative to your average water heater, And is much more eco-friendly and energy saving, So the pro's outweigh the cons.

The CAMPLUX BD300NG Gas Water Heater is exactly as described, providing 11 liters of hot water, making it suitable for both kitchen and bathroom use. The installation process was straightforward, and it heats water quickly and efficiently. While the unit is functional, I found the design a bit utilitarian and not particularly stylish. Overall, I��m satisfied with its performance and would recommend it for anyone needing a reliable gas water heater!
The Camplux BD300 looks great! It has not been installed yet so we cannot comment on its functionality.
We were impressed by the Camplux website. We were pleased with the ordering and buying processes. We were pleased to receive a new customer discount on the original price.
There was a partial delay in the delivery chain. The courier EVRI send out a man in an estate car to deliver to houses in the countryside lanes. Due to the sheer volume of parcels at Christmas, Levente, the driver, a pleasant enough gentleman, had insufficient space in his car to fit our large parcel. This caused a delay in it being delivered. This was especially annoying because I had paid £14.99 extra for an express delivery. It eventually arrived within the free delivery period. In the end it was not possible to install the water heater before Christmas. We have previously received many successful on time deliveries from EVRI. It was the time of year when things go mad just before Christmas.
All in all we are very pleased. The water heater was beautifully boxed. A very comprehensive owners manual is included. Thank you Camplux.
My father in-laws static caravan was having issues with his old boiler for his hot water, It had a internal leak.
When this came up for review i jumped at the chance to get it. We had the local LPG fitter to install and within 3 hours all was done. no more leaks. the fitter said that it was easy than expected to fit and no faults when testing. the hot water output is very good and more than hot enough for his shower. all in all looks the part and great value for the monies as it's a lot cheaper than big name brands.
