The battery supports charging and discharging at the same time, always make sure to open the ON/OFF switch before charing.

The battery will last the instant hot water heater for 90 minutes on a full charge and the hot water heater can be fully charged in 3 hours.

E6 error code is not a quality issue. To prevent burns, our water heater turns off and displays an E6 error code at around 50℃. If you're experiencing this, check for a blocked water pump or adjust the power knob before restarting.
